1- No, It should be aligned to start always, Why not right or left? because of the RTL LTR layouts I have. If it is set to start it will respect the layout direction always

Such a setting should be added to the header builder.

2- Ok. Do it without messing with them. Just deactivate and then activate them after your investigation.

So, Mainly you’re blaming everyone else but your theme which the main part in this issue. I’ve contacted the server and they are blaming Polylang, And polylang is blaming the high queries, which is mostly caused by your theme.
