Dropdown menu problem

I chose a picture for my drop-down menu. I have adjusted the height and width from the menu settings. width adjustment works correctly but nothing changes even if I change the height adjustment.

These sizes are not applicable to the mega menu blocks for the Product category. Perhaps I have misunderstood you, please describe your actions step by step and give more screens.

These mega menu blocks are of the predefined height. This cannot be changed, unfortunately.

You need to upload a bigger size of image for this menu. I can try to spread with CSS, however it would not look nice.
