dutch translation

Hi!

I’ve downloaded the dutch translation file you have provided and added it to the languages folder under themes in the root.
I have even checked with locotranslate plugin and i can tell that the translation is there.
Yet when i check bloemboetiek.nl i can still see english words even though they have been translated. I have cleared cache.
