HTML Block is used to create a Mega Menu block and cannot be used in mobile view as the mobile view does not have space enough to reflect it.

In case you only need mobile menu, then follow above HTML Block instructions and set it as mobile menu in Appearance > Menus.

If you want to create mega menu and apply it to mobile then it’s hard to do due to narrow space of mobile devices.

Please follow this instruction to create menu for mobile https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/e-order/#post-623421 and set it as Mobile menu – I removed part of categories option.
