Editing with Elementor

The Woodmart theme is compatible with Elementor, but I’m not able to overcome several things. When edited, it doesn’t change in life or when published.

In the print below, there is the button made with the Elementor Pro pop-up, but when I place it on the left side, it remains on the right side. And when I publish the button icon does not appear.

Another thing is the product title that is not showing up. Among other items. Here’s the screen print as well.

But I’m editing an Elementor popup to use in the store. It wouldn’t be through your block. And as for seeing the icons are also not appearing in the store. In this case, is Woodmart not compatible with Elementor? Look at the print and review the prints you can see that the pop-up is on the right side and the configuration on the left side. And why are the icons not showing up?

Your screen shows another content, please provide the steps to see this popup, is it provided by WoodMart or by another plugin?

I don’t want to use the promo pop-up, I created a pop-up in Elementor to use as a customer service (a pop-up whatsapp button) in the lower left corner, but I’m not able to edit it.
