Elementor promblem

Hello,
We bought the theme and we have a problem with elementor.
When the elementor is activated and we try to import a demo, it breaks the site while with the bakery it still works.
What can we do to fix this problem because we prefer to work with elementor than bakery.

I have checked and see both builders installed. Please advise which builder you used during installation.

WoodMart works with either the WP Bakery builder or the Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. In the process of installing the plugin, please install one builder plugin you are going to use. It is not possible to convert an existing site that is built on the WP Bakery Page Builder into Elementor. Page builder plugins are provided in Appearance -> Install plugins.

Please deactivate the child theme. You need to use the builder which you used during installation. Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/

Try to disable Elementor and enable WP Bakery page builder.
