These notifications come with WooCommerce plugin and our theme doesn’t influence this functionality. Probably, there is some problem in your server with sending emails.
Could you please test order emails by activating some other theme like “Twenty Nineteen” for a moment. So it will be clear that this is the theme issue or not because most of the time email server has not been set up and for that you need to contact your host support.
As I explained you already that the Theme has no influence on it, Mail has been sent from server and WooCommerce plugin is responsible for it, but if you want, I’ll check it for you, please share your site WP Admin Login details in a private section of this topic, and also before providing me the requested info, please take the complete backup of your site and deactivate all the third party plugins on your site.
