    Hello.
We have mentioned that from day when we created our website and choosed Woodmart there we have many registrations from unknown people who looks like bots. Daily there are 5-10 new registrations. We added Captcha to registration form (https://vr.lv/my-account/) but seems like it not working as necessary. Other Captcha variants not working at all (don’t appears on registration page).
    Here is screenshot: https://prnt.sc/82PYkPSTmOgv.
Can you advice anything how to stop this?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t include any spam blockers. Use a strong password: Make sure that all user accounts on your website have strong passwords. This will help prevent automated bots from creating accounts.

    Best Regards.

We tested – nothing helps. Users make their registration using some different way and we don’t understand how they make this registrations.
We added captcha, different blockers – nothing help at all.
But!! While we made tests, we mentioned that all new users don’t input their username (this is necessary option with *).
    Registration form Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/8Q1kJIAIl3Ql
    New registered users: https://prnt.sc/-MszYjN-EFf2
As you see new users appears without username what means that they registering on website using some different way.

What is best next steps you recommend in such situation to find solution? Capctcha, blockers, not help because they make registration not on registration page but by some different way =(

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.
