extra stuff in URL

I all of a sudden have extra stuff in every URL on my site. In this photo example it should just say “brandpowerdirect.com/about” but it has added “/?v=4096ee8eef7d” to the end. This is on every page of my site. Can you please help? Thanks!

You can change that in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > set post name, save.

Sorry I should have said, it has always been set to “Post Name” in the permalink settings. And it still does show the post name, but ever since activating this theme it also shows a random string after the post name like the one I demonstrated above. This affects every single page.

Please contact your host support. Our theme does not have any influence on the permalinks.

I did contact my host support and they said it is the theme…

Please switch to any default theme and check if you have the same problem to find out if our theme causes the problem. Please make the full backup of the site before switching.
