Your given login details are not working.

So, please once make sure that you have defined the Global Additional Tabs under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs > Additional tabs > there you can find the Tabs to defined: https://snipboard.io/Xsfj54.jpg

Then clear the cache on your site and check the issue. If the issue remains, share the wp logins details of your site i will check and give you a possible solution.

Sorry to say but actually, under the Dashboard > Layouts > there was a Custom Layout enabled for the Single product which is why you weren’t able to see the Additional tab.. So, for the time being we have disabled the single product layout and now the tabs show fine on your Site.

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.
