Filter issues

Hello,
is it possible to show filters in other pages too? I am trying to display filters in this page :
http://b2bnew.relkon.gr/sbb-natra/
so I enabled the option to show sidebar and selected the filter option but the sidebar is empty.

Also in category pages the filters are getting overlapped by the banner, I had to fix it with css. is that normal?
