Filters on product tabs & move sticky bar add to cart on top

Hello,
1. I would like to know if it is possible to add filters on ajax products tabs.

2. It is possible to move sticky add to cart on top only on desktop ?
Also it is possible to integrate in that sticky add to cart all tabs, like description, specs etc:

1) Unfortunately, There is no option in Theme settings available to add filters on ajax product tabs.

It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

2) Please provide with some relevant screenshots of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

2. Instead of showing product sticky bar add to cart on bottom on desktop It is possible to move it on top bellow header?

2. So using a css I can’t move sticky add to cart on the top ?
