Filters stopped working and Jetpack disabled my site

I disabled Jet pack and my site went to 404 error. I re-enabled it and the site returned. Is Jet Pack required for this theme?

I do not know if it’s related to jet pack, but the brand filters show up as normal, but clicking on them does not filter the brands.

In general, the Jet Pack plugin is not required for the theme.

Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

Also, please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

I meant to update my post, as I disabled the theme and plug-in’s and re-activated all of them systematically, and the functions returned. I do not know why.

One last question. In the theme demo pages, I saw one that I would like to use as a template. Are these available in a template format for WP Bakery? I looked all over and cannot find them. See the screen shot I uploaded for clarification.

I’m sorry, I was not clear enough.

I am specifically looking for the example of “Post Example #2”. I would like to use this page in my site with my content.

If it is not here, where can I get/upload it? Is it part of a demo theme? If so, how do I import it without breaking my site? I posted a screen shot of the page I’m looking for. Please see the upload screen shot.
