Dear support, obviously, the [woocommerce_cart] code is there on the page, which is showing the cart. I think you didn’t pay attention to the screenshots explaining the misalignment of the layout issue on the cart page.

01. You don’t need to edit the cart and Checkout page itself with Elementor. These functional pages are designed to be customized via Theme Layouts, not by editing the page content directly.

Correct way to customize these pages to keep these pages simple, containing only the default shortcode. Then create or edit a layout and customize all elements there.

02. I have checked your site in the mobile and wallet section and it is showing fine in the cart totals section.

03. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

01. You are using a custom layout for the checkout page, To add the coupon field. You’ll need to create a new Layout with the Checkout Top Content condition and add the Coupon Form widget inside that layout.

This will ensure all elements appear in the correct position within the checkout page.

02. It looks like the plugin adds its custom content using the standard WooCommerce hook. When you create a custom layout with a page builder, it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with the page builder manually.

We have a special “Hook” element in page builder that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

Okay, great! I’ve successfully resolved the issue. However, please ensure that the mobile menu loads quickly on mobile devices. Occasionally, it fails to respond at all. Please investigate and fix this issue!

Additionally, the mobile logo is getting cropped a few pixels on the right side. Please also fix that as well.

I’m using WProcket Cache. Could you please review its settings to optimize the website for lightning-fast loading?

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

I’ve noticed that the Litespeed settings need to be adjusted with the Woodmart theme. Most of the errors are fixed, but there are a few are on the checkout page that need to be fixed as well.

Additionally, the Litespeed Acche plugin settings are causing the login issue. Could you please check and fix that part only?

I tested the exact process you mentioned by adding products to the cart, proceeding to checkout, returning to the cart page, and logging in through the “My Account” dropdown. Everything is working correctly on my end without any visible issues or functional errors. I also reviewed the checkout page layout and did not find any critical issue related to unused hooks affecting the functionality of the page.

You cannot edit these functional pages with Elementor directly. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts, and for portfolio pages. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

I’ve edited the checkout page before, so I was able to easily add the top header content and the new layout. All of it is editable via Elementor. Please check and fix the issue.

The checkout page is a WooCommerce functional page, so it behaves differently from normal pages.

If you previously edited it with Elementor, it usually means one of these was used:

– A custom checkout layout in Theme Layout Builder, or
– A Checkout Builder / Elementor Pro template override (if enabled)

Note: Elementor cannot reliably edit WooCommerce checkout content unless it is explicitly overridden with a custom template/layout.
