You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit Single product layouts and delete Divider widget.

In order to create button to jump to the section, you can use Button widget instead https://prnt.sc/V1gBDlRLw4Ek
