Footer magazine different from home page, shop and all other pages,

How can I create and apply a footer for magazine page different from footer of all other pages (home page, shop..)?

You can achieve this purpose by means of Theme Settings presets https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/

Then you create the Footer in HTML blocks: two different HTML blocks -one by default, another for the specific page: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

Excuse me, but I have yet two HTML block: one html block is utilized as pre-defined footer, but the second one, I cannot choose a different footer on a specific page, as it’s an option that doesn’t appear.

The pre-footer would be the same regardless of the type of footer you use: Classic (widgets) footer or custom (HTML) footer.
