Header Builder

Hello, recently i tried to add custom header but suddenly i can’t see anything from header builder like this screenshot http://prntscr.com/m9opb5 and i activated the header builder from :

Theme settings – Header – Use visual header builder. and still ain’t work.

but i faced another problem, this icon in the left side which is good https://prnt.sc/m9tnfm
but in my second language somehow it changed to http://prntscr.com/m9tno6 how can i flip horizontal the icon in my second language to be like this http://prntscr.com/m9toyc
i checked my wpml to find the code but i couldn’t find it.
