    Hi,

I have followed the https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-make-woodmart-multilingual-with-wpml/ and every other support article I could find, I think I might be missing something.

I have created a header in the Header builder, but it is not showing up in the string translation overview of WPML like explained in the docs above.

    I have tried:
    – Recreating headers
    – WPML Theme localisation sync
    – Deactivate all other plugins
    – Reinstalling WPML

Everything else is working perfectly fine and I am very happy with the theme, I just can’t figure out how to translate the header builder blocks.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,

Thank you for your message. I did follow those instructions but I can’t see any domains with the header or the ID in it.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Now, please check all the strings are available in the WPML >> String Translation section. Please find the strings and translate into other languages.

    https://ibb.co/VS56fnZ

Also, you should add all the content in the header in English because you have set English as the default language from the WPML >> Langauge section. In this way, you can easily translate the content in the header in another language.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

Thank you, it now works as expected. Can I ask what you did to make it work? So in the future I can do it myself?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Apologies but it is still not working as expected. When I update the main header the default english translations in WPML do not change. So as you suggested I changed the main header content text to English, but when I go back to string translations the text under the english column is still the old dutch text.

It looks like changes made to the header are not shown in WPML string translations. Am I missing something?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Some strange problem, I can’t understand why the header is not translated if there are translations. Therefore, I duplicated your header and the translations worked. So please check now.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

Thank you so much but unfortunately it is still not translating everything. The top right menu button (try today) is not translating and this is causing a big problem: people from another language get switched back to the default language without knowing, also clearing their basket in the process .

This shop is the core of our business and these translations are preparations for an international expansion so I really need to have the translations working perfect.

What can we do to figure this out? Should I setup a staging environment so we can do some testing?

Please let me know, thank you again.

    Hello,

After checking this problem again, I see that the button does not translate for some strange reason. Therefore, one of the correct solutions to this problem is to create 2 separate headers for each language, and everything works correctly in such a situation. I did it on your website, please check it and let me know.

    Best Regards.

Are you SERIOUS? You just disabled all plugins on our production website and left them disabled??? You just cost us a thousand dollars because were offline for almost 12 hours, I am going to file a complaint. This is outrages, I specifically said in the private info that nothing was allowed to be changed. My god.
