Header builder not working at all

Hello, I just bought your theme, I don’t have the header builder, is it because I installed the demo one.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Make sure you have installed and activated all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins. If you have and header builder does not appear then deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check.

Hello thank you for your fast response, It is working well. I am testing everything out before moving to an other website.
I like the Shop page title, and the way it shows categories, but i want to hide the dropdown of subcategories. In fact I want to hide all subcategories, also from the filter.
I will always have 2 subcategories of each parent categorie, that I need just for stock organization purpose, and not showing to the customer.Do you have some suggestion for hiding subcategories from filter and page title,

You can remove the categories in the Theme Settings > Shop > Title and Sidebar. You will find the option.

Hello as I mentioned I want to hide subcategories not categories, I don’t find an option for that in theme setting. thank you

There is no option to hide the sub-categories. You can configure showing categories (only) on the shop page, and when you enter a category which has sub-categories, they would be shown in the title. This option is enabled in the Theme Settings > Shop > Sidebar > Title “Show current category ancestors”
