Header Builder Shows empty

Hello, I do not recall how to edit the logo in the mobile header. So I tried to go to Header Builder section but its empty. There are no buttons or anything to edit. Let’s start there. Login credential in private content.

I have logged into your website and you are using an old version of the theme.

Please update Theme and Recommended plugins to the latest versions then check back.

Hello, I updated theme, all plugins and purge the cache…. logged out, logged in and still empty. Thanks

Your issue has been solved. I have deactivated all the 3rd party plugins from the site and activated only theme-required plugins and now the Header builder is showing fine. Please activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin created the issue for you.
