header error

I cannot change the title in any way. I disabled all plugins and tried again, still didn’t work. The logo setting does not change at all.

I have changed the header title and it is saved fine, there is no issue from the header, the issue is from the server cache. Please remove all sorts of cache from the server and disable all the cache plugins from the server then check back the site, I am sure your issue will be solved.
