Header Menu Change Not Active

I am using the Decor theme layout in the presets. None of the Headers I created using the Header Builder or selected from the presets are active on the site. They appear in the Frontend section but not on the site. Why did we buy this theme if we are going to spend a day on something this simple? I cleared the cache, tried it in another browser, and disabled the cache plugin. Unfortunately, the problem is the same.

Maybe you are using the custom header on your site. Woodmart theme provides the option to create different headers for different pages: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/

You can check the custom header for a separate page and change it with the default header you have created: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/

If the issue persists, please share your WordPress login details and let me know which header you’ve created and set on your site. I’ll check it for you and provide a suitable solution.
