hebrew translate for woodmart theme not work

Hello
I need to translate the Wuzhmart theme into Hebrew.
I have uploaded the .po and .mo translation files to the server, but the site is still displayed in English.

I also tried to translate using the Loco translite plugin. But the site is still displayed in English.
The WordPress language is set to “Hebrew”.

What could be the problem?
