How to align the height of the product images on the main page in the popular and featured blocks?

You need to crop the images. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/

If you have very few images that are less, I would better recommend uploading images of the same size as images get square after cropping.

If you want different widgets for different pages, you need to create custom sidebars https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/ and set this sidebar as custom in the page options.
