i try every design but thatw was not displayed same as it please check and help me

You can create any template of the Footer in the HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks/

Then you can set one column in the Theme Settings > Footer.

Then add a Basel HTML block in the Appearance > Widget > Footer column and select this HTML block.
