In order to create a shop page with left sidebar exactly as shown on our demo you should go to Theme Settings->Shop->Shop page layout choose left sidebar alignment for shop pages there, then you should go to Appearance->Widgets and put all necessary widgets inside Shop page Widget Area in the correct order.
