Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

body.header-links {
    display:none;
}

It is not possible to insert the language switcher into the shopping cart.

You can remove the Register text in the Theme Settings > Register/Login, The login text is edited in the Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.
