Sorry to say but those mentioned Product & Page layouts are from the newest Mega Electronics demo which comes with the Demo import.
So, unfortunately they aren’t separately available to use.
Although, for Custom Product layouts creation you can still use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create your own Product layout. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
Further, if you want to import something from another Demo on your Site, then you can use the Theme’s Template Library. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/templates-library/
