how do i change default dark theme color

I want to change the default dark theme color to a color of my choice

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

You will find the option to change the background of some parts of pages in the Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Background. In addition, you can change the background in the page/product settings.
