I can’t find a setting where I can change the logo on the checkout page.

May be you are using the custom header on your site for the checkout page, Woodmart theme provides the option to create different headers for different pages: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/

You can check the custom header for a checkout page and change the logo from WoodMart > Header builder or change it with the default header.
