How do i change the “total_sales”

Hi,
i do not know if i was right here with this question but in dont find something helpfull in the www.

I have a “total_sale” variable which increases when the product was sold – see example in the screenshot attached.

Now i want to change this “total_sales” variable, but how? I take a look inside the phpAdmin database, everywhere, but i dont find this value…

I assumme this will not have “contact” with Woodmart (?) but may somebody can help me here?
