In order to remove the sidebar, you need to edit the shop page and find the option to hide the sidebar: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/

If you want to remove the filters and leave the sider, you need to remove all the widgets in the Shop page widget area in Appearance > Widgets: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/
