1. Block with brands: navigate to The Theme Settings > Footer > check the pre-footer area remove all or check which HTML block is used and edit it https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#pre-footer

2. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Footer Columen edit/remove/add new widgets.

You can set the Footer layout in the Theme Settings > Footer
