How to add "smooth scroll" on URL link added in InfoBox widget ?

1. Visit link in private
2. Go to the section with all the infobox & icons
3. Click on any

AS IS : URL with # goes immediately to the section
TO BE : I want to add a smooth scroll, how?

Sorry but the smooth scroll feature is not available for the information box button link.

For now and I am forwarding this to our development department for considering adding it to the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may cause theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
