You need to upload the featured image to each Product category. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-category-menu/
If you want to use a Masonry grid, you need to upload one big image (for the category that goes first) and others twice smaller. All images should be square. Alternatively, you can change the grid style in the Product category element /widget.
