How to close the slider on the mobile end

Hello, I am using a very simple theme. After a full set of optimization tests, the PC side has already taken 98 minutes and is fully loaded in 1.4 seconds. The mobile side is still affected by the carousel chart. It takes only a few minutes to open and 6 seconds. Now I want to turn off the slider carousel chart of the mobile side to improve the access speed.

You can try to create the mobile page via HTML BLock and define it in the settings of the Home page -> Mobile version HTML block (experimental): https://prnt.sc/5OuQVvHQGCQP

Thus you can define only the needed elements for mobile only.
