how to create a mega menu

im trying to craete a mega menu but cant find tools or anything about it
in your documentation is many thing about menus
but in my WP doesnt
HOW?
and what should i do?

1. Create a menu in Appearance > Menu or edit one of the existing ones.
2. Create Mega menu blocks for each menu item in HTML blocks https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
3. Insert the HTML blocks in menu items, choosing from the drop-down “HTML block for the drop-down” https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/

i know that
but in HTML block i cant find mega menu that like mega menu on Woodmart.
thats like a simple mega menu.
in visual composer is not much tools or options for change.
