How to create a menu like in the video

Hi,

i need help to create the menu as you will see in the video.

This is a site built on your theme and I didn’t know i could make a desktop menu like this so I’m wondering how to do this?

This is the Sticky Navigation menu which was recently added with the Theme Update.
