how to disable the header title in the page?

You can disable the title by means of the Theme Presets https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/theme-settings-presets/

You will need to disable AJAX shop. Alternatively, you can use custom CSS.

Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

body.woocommerce-shop .page-title-default {
display:none;
}
