    Hello,

    Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

    .wd-products-per-page, .wd-products-shop-view {
    	display: none !important;
    }

    Best Regards.

    Hi, I add the code but it still shows the same error and I’m not able to open and edit it with elementor. see attached screenshot. are there any pre-configured templates for the function in the theme template that we need to check out?

    Hello,

    You cannot directly edit the shop page with elementor. If you are using custom layouts then edit layout with elementor and customize it.

    If you are not using custom layout then use the previous css code in theme settings > custom css if the issue remains, share the wp logins details i will solve the issue on your site.

    Here is the layout manual:

    Best Regards.

    thanks for the edits! we wanted to remove the two sections because it looks like they are the reason that lead to 404 pages. after your edits, it didn’t show the two sections but we did site audit, the 404 issues are still there, and there’s one more issue showing up – time up. please see the attached report and see if you can fix the bug? if extra cost needed to fix this, please let me know. thanks a lot!

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards

    Our website is already published on google. changing the theme would change the whole site structure and the site? we’re currently using your theme, can you please take a look to see if there was something wrong in the pagination?

    Also, can you please let us know how to edit the sidebar of the shop page. Thanks!

    Hello,

    1. I have seen your file and it is not our theme issue.

    2. Go to Appearance > widgets > check the shop page widgets area and add the widgets as per your requirements.
    Check this Manual:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your help!

    Can you please help us remove the function of selecting numbers to show for each page and make it to show 12 products per page(fixed number of 12), instead of not displaying it? The reason is that due this the flexible numbers switching, it lead to 404 pages which is not helping our site from google indexing.

    Thanks a lot

    Hello,

    You can set the product per page from theme settings. Go to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product grid > product per page.

    Best Regards.
