How to have different page background for Posts and Pages

I had my page background set to black for designing purpose, today I updated my first post, and found out the post background are automatically in black, can I change it to white without effecting my current pages?

Navigate to Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Pages background > Single post background.

It worked, but I can’t find where to change the default text color. Please notice that I can’t change the primary text color or secondary text color, changing them will effect my overall design.

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.
