How to have tab content of the theme multilingual

I’m doing the site multilingual, I have wpml installed, my question is how to have the tab content of the theme multilingual. It should be translation ready, but I don’t see any translation option for that parts. Check the screenshot for what I mean.

Hi thanks for the document I read that, I fix one but anyway i’m unable to fix another issue, I don’t know if it depends by the theme or the wpml, anyway the sidebars are not replicated in translated product. Also if i put all language under the widget or create new one for proper language. Check the screenshot
