how to hide these two options

Dear Support this option from where i hide or remove every time coming when load and after that accept option black color i want to finish these two options. accept option you understand after this 1st option coming which i sent you screen shot. when we open on new pc 1st time.
even any template we choose we get these two option after loading.

Your purpose is not clear enough. Do you want to disable the popup? If so, navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup > disable.

What is the second option? It is cookies, you can disable in the Theme Settings > Shop > Cookie Law.
