How to Import Custom Privacy policy?

I tried importing pages and all of them work fine except Custom Privacy Policy.

I have two pages already a) Privacy Policy and Privacy policy 1 and one of them is set to draft other is published

When I try to import the page it does work and shows the progress of 100% and It shows as imported (https://prnt.sc/wrrUQkHQd7-Y) and when I click on view page button it open the dummy content page again (https://prnt.sc/wrrUQkHQd7-Y) and when I go and check the pages there is no page created.
