How to make 2 column contact form

Hello, i am trying to create 2 column contact form as the above example

Mine is only single column

here is currently my contact form

Hello,

You don’t need to create it of your own you can simply Go to WoodMart >> Additional Pages >> Select Contact us 3.

Then import the page and edit the contact form used in the page according to your needs.
