Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Desktop area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.whb-sticky-header .whb-row.whb-general-header .container {
    width: 100%;
    max-width: 95%;
}

Sorry but the product sorting is controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.

You can find the Woocommerce settings for the Catalogue under Appearance >> Customize >> Woocommerce >> Product Catalogue.
