How to mange taps on product page

Hello,

Description – is the main description on the product page.

Reviews are disabled in the Woocommerce > Settings > Product. It is not editable.

Additional tab (with the attributes) enter each attribute in the product page and disable showing on the product page. Not editable.

Additional tab (Shipping information) You can edit it in the Theme Settings > Product page > Tabs: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#shipment_delivery

I don´t want to display “aditional information” in this tap section. So how can I disable this “additional information” tap pls?

Seems like when you swith to elementor on product page, the custom taps don´t show the information any more?? It just display the product description.. Pls help me with that!

I did not change anything on your site. I showed the screen on our testing site.

If you want to narrow the product by category, you need to insert the category ID or title in the field for categories.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I disabled all other plugins – the problem remains! I know why it happens: When I don´t switch to elementor on product page, the custom taps work.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

So you want me to install Storefront, activate it and check what..? Does Storefont has custom taps like Woodmart? What du you want me to check??
I have deactivated all other plugins. What else can cause the problem? Why did I gave you the Loging.. what did you check?

Please update the parent WoodMart and plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

If the problem remains, switch to the parent theme and let us know if it is the same.
