How to set default Single product layout

I want to set the current product details page as the default Single product layout, because there is no current product details page on my Single product layout

You need to activate the layout if you want to use it on site. Click on the active button in front of the condition.

You can use Woocommerce builder of WoodMart allowing you to create custom templates for product pages and other functional pages that are not editable by default. Woocommerce builder is the inbuilt functionality widget included in the builder you use on the site. You can create a custom layout for a single product page and choose the predefined layout design which you want.
