How to show the Promo Pop-Up more than once, to the same user.

Hello, trying the First Pop-Up we noticed that it is shown only once to the same user, in the sense that the first time the user enters the site (regardless of which page and which link) the Pop-Up is shown. On the second visit (always the same on which page and from which link) the Pop-Up is no longer shown! Is there a way to ALWAYS show the Pop-Up to the same user?

Sorry but there is no such option available in Theme Settings for that. It is set to be displayed one time per user.

Ah what a pity. Since the Pop-Up is used for marketing purposes, it would have been useful to be able to show it back to the same user every time they return to the site. Do you think you can implement this function?

Sorry but currently we don’t have any option like this unfortunately.

I am forwarding this to our development department for considering adding it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may cause theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
