How to stop widget from overflowing into Menu

Hello,
I included an image so it’s easy to understand. Basically the slider widget overflows into the menu area as you can see by the pink outline from the elementor widget in the image. I want the widgets to start after the menu. I have others woodmart websites where this didn’t happen so I know it’s not the norm. Its probably some setting I have to turn off but I can’t seem to find it, would aprecciate it if you could point me in the right direction.

Sadly the website is still in local server so I can’t do that. My theory is because the pre built website I imported had a transparent header, this is happening. So perhaps some setting in the menu that makes the page start right at the top, so perhaps it could be some setting in the header area ?

If you tell me which pages you need maybe I can print all the images and post it here. Don’t know any other solution.

Edit that header via WoodMart -> Header builder -> and make sure that the “Make it overlap” option is disabled in its settings – https://prnt.sc/jNLOJ_UQzqX6
